Order confirmation and dispatch

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. In-stock orders are normally prepared and dispatched on the next business day. A separate email is sent when your order is on the way.

Delivery prices and estimates

Delivery is free to every supported destination, with no minimum order. Delivery estimates are approximate rather than guaranteed dates. Carrier delays, public holidays, collection drops, and unusually high order volume can affect arrival times.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If something is wrong, contact lorent.ccc@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it has entered packing, and cannot guarantee that a request will reach us in time.

Tracking and delayed orders

When tracking is available, it is included in the dispatch email. If your order has not arrived after the estimate shown above, contact us with your order number and we will check the shipment with the carrier.

Customs

Orders dispatched from Denmark to customers within the EU do not normally pass through import customs. We do not currently promise duties-paid delivery outside the EU.

When additional countries are enabled, any potential import duties, taxes, and handling fees will be stated before purchase where reasonably possible.

Uncollected and delivered packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, contact us. Any new delivery or reasonable carrier return cost may be deducted where permitted by law.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Return eligibility

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. Please return it unworn beyond what is necessary to assess fit and condition, preferably with tags and original packaging. We may make a lawful deduction if handling has reduced the item's value. You will need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please click here and enter your order details. You may use the form below or send us any clear statement by email within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Your rights for faulty goods are separate.

We will help you connect the return to your order and provide the return address. Your statutory withdrawal does not require our approval. Please retain proof of posting.

After posting your return, email us the order number, carrier and tracking number so we can follow its progress.

Return costs and final sale

For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return postage when this was disclosed before purchase. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us before sending it so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

Any exclusions marked on a product apply only where legally permitted. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. You may inspect the item to establish its nature, characteristics, and fit. You can be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the customer must ship the product back to our return location in Denmark.

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the product price and, for a full-order return, the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the order. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that they were sent. The refund is sent to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, subject to the right to wait for the goods or proof of return. Your bank may need additional processing time.

Faulty goods and legal guarantee

EU consumer purchases include a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match the description. Contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can assess the appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Lorént Clothing processes ordinary, non-sensitive personal data to operate the website, manage accounts, send product updates when you consent, provide customer support, and later process orders.

When the webshop opens for purchases, we may also process delivery address, order history, payment-related information, return information, and customer service messages.

If you sign up for Lorént emails, we process your name, email address, and interaction with our emails so we can send relevant product updates and improve our communication. We only send marketing when we have the required consent.

You can unsubscribe at any time through our emails or by contacting us.

We may share data with providers that help us run the website, account system, email, hosting, analytics, payment, shipping, and customer support. These providers may only process data for the agreed purpose unless they are independent data controllers.

We may also share information with public authorities where required by law.

Product prices may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the website, products, or services prospectively. Changes do not alter the agreed price or your rights for an accepted order.

Products and services

Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We try to display colors and product images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly.

AI-generated visual content

Some campaign images and videos may be created or enhanced with artificial intelligence. We use these tools to keep creative production accessible for a new independent brand. AI visuals communicate mood and styling, while each product page states the materials, construction, sizing, and availability of the piece you are buying. We review product representations for accuracy and never present AI-generated people as customer testimonials.

Billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Orders, payment, and dispatch

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. For physical goods, your payment method is normally authorised at checkout and the payment is captured when the order is dispatched. If an authorisation expires before dispatch, we may ask you to complete payment again. We will never dispatch an order unless payment can be completed.

The product price, delivery charge, total price, available payment methods, and estimated delivery window are shown before you place the order and are repeated in your order confirmation. That confirmation also contains the purchase and withdrawal information you should keep.

Optional tools and third-party links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided as available, and your use of them is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, content, or policies.

User comments and submissions
